Lowcountry Wellness Center is Charleston’s home for integrative, nurse-led Direct Primary Care (DPC).
In the DPC model, we remove the middleman—insurance—so you can have a direct, meaningful relationship with your provider. This empowers our team to deliver personalized, whole-person care without the time limits, coding constraints, or red tape of the traditional system.
Led by a compassionate team of Nurse Practitioners, we focus on longer visits, better access, and holistic solutions that support your body, mind, and overall well-being.

Foundational Direct Primary Care
Best for:
General wellness, prevention, and routine primary care
Monthly Fee:
- Adults: $100/month
- Children with a parent (0–17): $50/month
- **No-show fee for all appointments $40 (10 minutes or later without communication with our office constitutes a no-show)**
Includes:
- Unlimited visits and direct messaging with your provider
- Sick visits and urgent care access
- Annual physical with a $98 lab panel and ECG if indicated
- Preventive screenings and chronic disease management
- Mental health support and medication management
- Nutritional counseling and lifestyle guidance
- Women’s health visits, including PAP smears and pelvic exams
(Please note: the procedure is included, but pathology lab fees for PAP smears are billed separately by the lab and not included in your membership) - Menopause Method & Andropause Method – All-inclusive membership that use a custom oil-based bioidentical hormone cream, ongoing monitoring, and access to a supportive app. (additional $200/month)

Health Optimizer Membership
Best for: Individuals seeking deeper, root-cause care or managing chronic conditions
Monthly Fee:
- Adults: $250/month
- Children (0–17): $200/month
- **No-show fee for all appointments $40 (10 minutes or later without communication with our office constitutes a no-show)**
Includes everything in the Foundational plan, plus:
- In-office procedures
- Comprehensive chronic illness management (Lyme, mold, EBV, etc.)
- Regular Hormone Management – Flexible hormone care under our Health Optimizer Membership. Includes lab review and treatment planning. Medications and testing are billed separately. ($250/month + medication costs + testing)
- Detox and gut healing protocols
- Functional medicine tools and personalized care plans
- Monthly oral glutathione supplement included ($70/month value)
- Initial comprehensive lab panel valued at $342
