Lowcountry Wellness Center is Charleston’s home for integrative, nurse-led Direct Primary Care (DPC).
In the DPC model, we remove the middleman—insurance—so you can have a direct, meaningful relationship with your provider. This empowers our team to deliver personalized, whole-person care without the time limits, coding constraints, or red tape of the traditional system.
Led by a compassionate team of Nurse Practitioners, we focus on longer visits, better access, and holistic solutions that support your body, mind, and overall well-being.

Foundational Direct Primary Care
$100/month for Adults with Allison Kinghorn, APRN or Stella Shifrin-Tatesure, APRN
$50/month for Infants - 17 (with an adult member in the same family)
**No-show fee for all appointments $40 (15 minutes or later without communication with our office constitutes a no-show)**
From infants through adulthood membership in our DPC covers everything from checkups to an annual comprehensive physical (including basic fasting labs & an ECG if needed), women's health (not including cost of pathology for PAP/HPV), obesity management, chronic disease management and mental health.
Members have expedited care for sick/urgent visits, extended access to your Nurse Practitioner, UNLIMITED office visits, discounted labs, discounted prescriptions, discounted in-office procedures.
Members also receive discounted IV nutrition therapy, injection therapy (joint injections, trigger point injections, etc.), nutritional injections (vitamin B12, vitamin D, etc.), and discounted aesthetic services (such as laser hair removal, laser facials, spider vein removal, and more).
Health Optimizer Membership
$250/month with Allison Kinghorn, APRN or Stella Shifrin-Tatesure, APRN
$200/month for Infants - 17 (with an adult member in the same family)
**No-show fee for all appointments $40 (15 minutes or later without communication with our office constitutes a no-show)**
HO memberships that enrolled on/after 1/24/2025 will include a monthly bottle of glutathione, the bottle is $70 value monthly.

This membership includes an integrative evaluation, functional lab assessment, thyroid optimization, medically supervised weight loss, personalized coaching, lifestyle recommendations for longevity, and hormone replacement therapy. With our holistic and allopathic treatment options, we're committed to providing personalized care that prioritizes your overall health and wellness.
