Lowcountry Wellness Center is Charleston’s home for integrative, nurse-led Direct Primary Care.

In the DPC model, care is delivered directly between patients and their care team without insurance billing for membership services. This allows us to focus on meaningful relationships, continuity of care, and thoughtful medical decision-making without rushed visits or insurance-driven limitations.

Led by a compassionate team of Nurse Practitioners, our practice emphasizes longer, scheduled visits, proactive care, and a whole-person approach that supports physical, mental, and overall well-being.

The result is a more streamlined healthcare experience, clearer communication, and care that prioritizes prevention, understanding, and long-term health during regular business hours.
