Who This Program Is For

Lowcountry Integrative Center (LIC) is designed for patients with complex or chronic conditions requiring advanced diagnostic evaluation and individualized treatment planning.

  • Lyme disease or suspected tick-borne illness
  • Mold illness / CIRS
  • Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
  • Autoimmune disease
  • Chronic infections
  • Complex endocrine dysfunction

How Care Works

Most patients begin with Lowcountry Wellness Center for initial evaluation and foundational care.

If symptoms persist or complexity is identified, patients may transition into LIC for advanced evaluation and ongoing management.

Step 1: Comprehensive Integrative Consultation

$895

This 120-minute consultation includes:

  • Detailed medical history review
  • Prior record review
  • Diagnostic planning
  • Individualized treatment strategy

Payment is required prior to scheduling.

Step 2: Ongoing Care (If Recommended)

After your consultation, ongoing care is structured based on the complexity and stage of your condition.

Tier 1 – Ongoing Integrative Support

$350/month

Designed for patients who are stable and already following an established treatment plan.

  • Ongoing clinical guidance
  • Treatment plan adjustments as needed
  • Lab interpretation
  • RN care coordination

Tier 2 – Complex Case Management

$550/month

Designed for patients requiring active, ongoing management of complex or evolving conditions.

  • Higher-frequency clinical oversight
  • Advanced lab review and interpretation
  • Priority scheduling
  • Direct provider communication
  • Ongoing adjustment of treatment strategy

Membership level is determined based on clinical need following your consultation.

Alternative: A La Carte Follow-Up Care

  • RN Care Coordination: $50
  • Follow-Up Visit (30 minutes): $225
  • Follow-Up Visit (60 minutes): $375
